Placing an Order: To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. Guarantee/Returns: We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Occasionally, for whatever reason, customers might want to return an item. For your convenience, we have our policies outlined below: Policies Refund and Return: We accept returns only under one of the following 2 conditions: 1) Only if the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise) OR 2) The merchandises were damaged upon receipt Please do the following in order to expedite the refund and return process: 1) We need to be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product via email at highendcollectibles.com. 2) The product must still be in MINT CONDITION. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 80% from your refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. 3) We will accept responsibility for all shipping costs. Please contact us if this is the matter. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use UPS or similar carrier. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit can be issued to you. Please insure the packages and credit will be given ONLY if merchandise arrives in good condition. Shipping: We ship through USPS (United States Postal Service), Fedex or UPS; if requested, we can ship via other carriers. Click here to find the table for shipping within the Continental United States: No Minimum Order Requirement: There is no minimum order requirement, and you can place any quantity and/or amount you wish. Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York (8.625%) This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Brooklyn, New York. All other states and countries are tax-exempt. Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day.
